In the past (and we are referring to the 90s or the early 2000s here), Valentine’s Day mostly used to be a private affair between two people in love. Whether married, unmarried, old, young and regardless of gender or orientation, people around the world chose that one person in their life whom they loved the most and declared their love for them.
Of course, with social media, it becomes easier to make that declaration, and also more effective as the entire world gets to know about your love.
That is exactly what some of our most followed celebrities did, and most of them chose Instagram to do it. Although there weren’t any surprises when it came to these declarations, as we already knew who is dating whom in the world of showbiz, still it was a very heart-warming sight when we got to see all these full-of-love statements pour in on the 14th of February.
Let’s recap the unique ways in which celebrities made their Valentine’s post.
Miley Cyrus Shared Pictures
For Miley, it was simple: share wedding pictures. Having recently gotten married to her long-time love, actor Liam Hemsworth, back in December, Miley felt like providing us all with a little more insight into her special day by sharing pictures we hadn’t seen before.
These unseen pictures did not reveal anything controversial, however, we did get to see the fun side of the day such as a picture of Miley comfortably chomping down all the delicious food or posing suggestively with the bouquet.

The caption which came with the post was definitely a heartfelt one. Miley said that Liam was her valentine all the time and promised that she is willing to make the effort and meet him halfway no matter what. That sounds like true love to us for sure!
Kylie Jenner Went All The Way
There is no doubt that Kylie Jenner has a lot of money. Her net worth, according to recent estimates, is close to a billion dollars, which is rare both for a woman and also someone as young as herself.
When it came to celebrating Valentine’s Day, Jenner left no stone unturned by having a walkway dressed all in red with arches covered with roses in the shape of hearts, designed for Travis Scott.
Jenner shared both pictures as well as a video to show us the décor she had designed for Scott. The picture she shared also had Stormi, their daughter who is around one year of age, sitting excitedly under an arch wearing a tutu dress (also red) combined with a pretty pink handbag. The little one is already a pro when it comes to accessorizing.

Katy Perry Left All Of Us Guessing
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have not had the most stable of relationships but a recent picture shared by both of them on Valentine’s Day shows that the two may be ready to take things onto the next level.
According to the picture, which shows Perry wearing a ring, designed in the shape of a flower, on her engagement finger, it seems as though Bloom may have proposed marriage to the singer on Valentine’s Day and the latter may have accepted it.
An official announcement confirming the same has not yet surfaced, but the captions which both of them posted, with Perry referring to the flower as a full bloom while Bloom simply calling it lifetimes, suggest that perhaps these two are really engaged.

Hailey Bieber Shared Her Love
One of the fastest moving relationships in the entertainment industry has to be the one between Justin Bieber and his now-wife Hailey Bieber. The two had begun dating sometime in the summer of 2018, and in September of the same year decided to tie the knot.
For Valentine’s Day, Hailey simply shared a picture of the two exchanging a kiss while on the beach, with a caption expressing her disbelief that she gets to be his Valentine forever. Young love, indeed!
