The house’s most prominent feature is the Chum Chum room, which has an inbuilt pole for exotic dancing, which we’re sure contributes to why the home was listed for $1.8 million. However, maybe due to a previous police raid, it sold lower for $1.38 million two years before Chumlee began starring in “Pawn Stars: Best of” in 2021.

Craig Melvin – Undisclosed Price, Connecticut

The “Today Show” star Craig Melvin lives in Connecticut with his wife, who is also a TV presenter, and their two kids. The three-story building is adorned with dark hardwood floors and has a contrasting white theme. Despite the house being perfect, they still made personal renovations to suit their tastes.

It sits on less than an acre of land and features a barn, shed, and a basement in addition to three garages. After some time off, Fritz returned for season 5 of “American Pickers: Best Of” in 2022.
