Colton Underwood – $3.2 Million – California
Colton Underwood is a former football player and reality TV star best known for starring in “The Bachelor.” In 2021, he starred in his own reality show titled “Coming Out Colton,” where he opens up about his experience as a member of the LGBTQ community.

Not long after, Underwood and his boyfriend, Jordon Brown who he got engaged to in 2022 bought a house in California worth $3.2 million. The house is situated in Sherman Oaks and is sprawled across 3,300 square feet. It also has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The $100- million property was Hugh Hefner’s residence for decades and this was where he hosted a lot of celebrity-filled parties. Billionaire Daren Metropoulos actually bought the property from Hefner when he was still alive and had an agreement that the property will be officially under his name after Hefner passes away. The white house press secretary Jen Psaki assumed office in January 2021 after President Joe Biden selected her. The “Good Morning Britain” presenter Kate Garraway shares a beautiful home in London with her husband Derek Draper and their two children. Through the reality TV series 90 Day Fiancé, Big Ed has recently made a name for himself as a bachelor. However, according to the ScreenRant website, he’s been doing so while living with his mother! His decision to do so was made after she suffered through a series of misfortunes. She lost her house and her partner and was even hospitalized after a car crash. All this happened before Ed asked her to move in. He bought a two-bedroom bungalow in San Diego, for an undisclosed amount, to live with her. The house even has a backyard where Ed installed a hot tub and a firepit.

Sandra Bullock, famous for her recent role in Bird Box, has put her beach bungalow in Tybee Island for sale at an asking price of $6.5 million. The 3,360-square-foot deluxe house sits on a humongous and fenced piece of land in front of the beach. It has been designed with cathedral ceilings and comprises of seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms, an appealing kitchen, and a basketball court. In mid-2019, Jason Segel decided to expand his list of properties with the purchase of a 100-year-old home in Pasadena. He spent $4.255 million on the house which covers 5,635 square feet of space. The two-story house offers five bedrooms with an equal number of bathrooms as well. Despite dating back to 1919 it still features semblances of its original character. The home has gone through upgrades over the years including the addition of a bonus space that functions as a training room. Segal also has a house in Los Feliz which he bought in 2016 from Shepard Fairey; the artist.
James Gunn – $7.395 Million, Malibu

We have James Gunn to thank for the highly riveting Guardians of the Galaxy films. He owns the above-pictured secluded Malibu home, as a getaway, at his disposal, and perhaps that’s where he penned the upcoming installments of films like Suicide Squad and Starsky and Hutch. Gunn bought the California retreat back in 2016, paying $6.2 million. The mansion has exchanged celebrity owners over the years with Olivia Newton-John and Sally Field calling it home at one point. The residence includes four fireplaces and five bedrooms with five-and-a-half baths, accounting for 6,800 square feet of interior space. Gunn listed the house in 2018, asking for $7.395 million.
Laura Ingraham – Price Unknown, Virginia

Laura Ingraham has made a name for herself as a radio host, best-selling author, and political commentator. She launched her career as a speechwriter at the time of Ronald Regan’s administration. Ingraham is an attorney by profession and at some point, she even worked at the Supreme Court as a law clerk for Justice Clarence Thomas. Public records list her residence as an address in McLean, Virginia. The house is registered under Robert Brauneis, who is an international law professor. It isn’t clear if she’s renting the house or what her association to Brauneis is.
Erin Andrews – $355K, Georgia

Fox News broadcaster, Erin Andrews, decided to let go of a house she owned back in 2015. She owned the residence for 10 years, having spent $388.5K to acquire it in 2005. Her move to sell the house was probably encouraged by her busy schedule in Los Angeles after landing the job as a co-host on Dancing with the Stars. The four-bedroom home comes with three bathrooms, maple cabinets, and hardwood floors, as part of the decor elements. Plus, the backyard balcony offers amazing views of the landscape. Andrews, reportedly, sold the house at a loss, for $355K.
Paula Faris – Price Unknown, Westchester County

In 2015, ABC News correspondent, Paula Faris, moved into a 1923 Colonial mansion with her family. They found the Westchester house thanks to her husband John Kruger’s expertise as a real estate agent. The homely four-bedroom mansion has two-and-a-half bathrooms and several other amenities that occupy over 2,500 square feet. The lot upon which the home rests is about 6,000 square feet, offering lots of play space for their three kids. Faris told Closer Weekly that she liked the fact that the house is close to the city, convenient for running daily errands.
Howie Long – Price Unknown, Charlottesville

Fox football analyst, Howie Long, spent 13 seasons of his professional career as a player with the Oakland Raiders. He even became a Hall of Fame inductee during his pro football career. After retiring from playing, he tried his luck at showbiz featuring in films like Broken Arrow and Firestorm. Long also built his 16-million net worth through endorsement deals with brands like Radio Shack. Long resides in Charlottesville, Virginia, according to public records. His son, Chris Long, a retired defensive end, sold his home in Charlottesville, making a $1.45-million profit from the sale.
Katie Couric – $6.3 Million, The Hamptons

Katie Couric has a seven-bedroom Hamptons retreat which she bought back in 2006. She spent $6.3 million on the home and her sister, who is a landscape architect, helped her re-design the exterior. When Couric is busy at work, during the week, she takes shelter in a $3.2-million Manhattan apartment.
Samantha Ponder – $2.2 Million, Phoenix

Samantha Ponder and her husband Christian Ponder, a former NFL quarterback, live in a Phoenix mansion worth $2.2 million. Samantha grew up in Phoenix which explains why they settled for the area. Their five-bedroom abode dates back to 1948 and has gone through renovations over the years including the introduction of marble countertops and maple/oak flooring. The 6,923-square-foot house rests on a 1.69-acre lot with a fitness studio and guest home for added delight. A swimming pool, sauna, basketball court, a fireplace, and three patios are some of the other amenities included.
Bill Hemmer – $1.750 Million, Sag Harbor

Fox News anchor Bill Hemmer dropped $1.75 million on a Sag Harbor house, featuring four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The Long Island pad accounts for two stories with amenities like a fireplace, a hot tub, and a large heated pool. Hemmer also has a Greenwich Village apartment where he was the victim of a freak accident in 2018. A six-inch scorpion made its way to Hemmer’s 17th-floor unit and stung him when he stumbled out of bed in the middle of the night. Even his physician couldn’t pinpoint the cause of his foot injury. It wasn’t until days later when his housekeeper came across the scorpion that they figured out what had happened.
Jim Rome – $2.5 Million, Indio

Radio sports show host, Jim Rome, decided to part ways with his Tuscan-style home located in the Indio resort community. Rome and his wife, Janet, listed the mansion towards the close of 2018, asking for $2.5 million. The four-bedroom house, built almost 10 years ago, has five bathrooms with a fireplace and patios. The lake-front estate covers two-thirds of an acre and the lot also houses a rear patio that includes a barbecue, bar and dining area. The pool is amongst the highlights of the outdoors and it features a raised spa. The house was sold after spending just two months on the market.
Sasha Baron Cohen – $2.5 Million, Los Angeles

Sasha Baron Cohen made a name for himself through a list of satirical characters he played such as Borat Sagdiyev and Ali G. In 2016, he sold his Hollywood Hills starter home for $2.5 million which wasn’t far off from the $2.45 million he spent on the house in 2005. He had unsuccessful attempts trying to sell the residence in the past, listing it in 2010 for $2.9 million and again in 2013 for $2.5 million. The three-bedroom house takes up a single-level and accounts for 2,800 square feet. There are two-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as, a river-rock fireplace, a pool house, and a gallery kitchen.
Willie Robertson & Korie Robertson – Price Unknown, West Monroe

Willie Robertson is an outdoorsman who turned his love for hunting into a successful business. He runs the Duck Commander company with his family and they also had a reality show that documented their unique life. He is married to Korie and they have six children together. They are worth a combined $30 million and we can assume a sizeable amount of money went into acquiring their sprawling estate in West Monroe, Louisiana. The house rests on 21 acres of land, which is more than enough grounds to raise their family and indulge in their passion for hunting.
Charlie Day – $799k, Los Angeles

Charlie Day is perhaps best known for his roles in the sitcom It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and the film Horrible Bosses. Day and his wife, Elizabeth Ellis, moved on from their Silver Lake starter home, listing it in 2014 for $799K. They bought the house in 2004 before they were married for $660K. The house comes with three bedrooms and two baths, accounting for a portion of the home’s 1,467 square foot space. The couple currently resides in Los Feliz, in a much bigger five-bedroom house that they bought in 2013 for $6.525 million.
Michael Richards – $2.289 Million, Studio City

In 2018, Michael Richards’ former home in Studio City came back on the market with a $2.289 million asking price. Richards called the residence home for 6 years until 1998 when he offloaded it for $810K. He had purchased the house in 1992, paying $525K, according to the estate’s records. The 2,770 square foot home went through a recent renovation, and the abode features three exquisite bedrooms with three bathrooms. A stone patio encases the outdoor pool and there’s also a covered cabana, as well as, a dining area, on the outside.
Jason Alexander – Price Unknown, Los Angeles

Jason Alexander’s role on Seinfeld as George Constanza gave him more recognition but he had already gotten his big break on Broadway, years earlier. He even earned a Tony for the lead part he had on Jerome Robbins’ Broadway in 1989. Alexander also participates in televised poker tournaments and in one instance, he won $500k for the United Way of America, during one of these showdowns. He has partnered with companies like Kentucky Fried Chicken on endorsement deals, helping him create his $50-million fortune. We know him from Seinfeld, as Newman, and from the 1993 film Jurrasic Park which won him a Best Supporting Actor award from the Saturn Awards. We are talking about Wayne Elliot who has also graced our screens in productions like 3rd Rock from the Sun and The Exes. He’s been married twice, currently to Clare de Chenu, who he shares a son with. The family lives in a mansion in Toluca Lake, California. During an interview with LA Times in 2011, Knight compared the region to an imaginary Connecticut that comes with a golf course constructed from Bob Hope’s head.
Zooey Deschanel – $4.7 Million, Manhattan Beach

Zooey Deschanel’s Manhattan Beach house finally received its new owner after more than one year on the market. She initially wanted to make $5.25 million from the sale of the 6-bedroom residence but after consultations with her husband, Jacob Pechenik, an indie filmmaker, they lowered the price to $4.7 million. They bought the mansion around 2013 for $4.57 million and it’s easy to see why they fell in love with the 5,320-square-foot estate. It comes with 6.5 bathrooms and the master suite is sequestered in a private wing with a fireplace, a balcony, and a walk-in closet.
Max Greenfield – $1.7 Million, Los Angeles

In 2014, Max Greenfield and his better half, Tess Sanchez, sold their three-bedroom bungalow located in Los Angeles. They earned $1.7 million from the sale which wasn’t such a bad figure considering they had purchased it for $1.02 million in 2012. The house is adjacent to Hancock Park and its construction dates back to the mid-‘20s. Two bathrooms and a kitchen that went through a remodeling process are some of the amenities occupying the 2,001-square-foot residence. The couple moved to a modernized 3,659-square-foot mansion a couple of blocks away that previously belonged to producer Scott Stone.
Jimmy Fallon – $5.7 Million, The Hamptons

Comedic talk show host, Jimmy Fallon, bought a farmhouse in The Hamptons, back in 2011, for $5.7 million. Specifically located in Sagaponack, the farmhouse goes back to the 1800s and it sits on two acres. The compound includes a 3,500 square foot main house, two stand-alone cottages, an apple orchard, and two barns. An outdoor swimming pool, horse stables, and a fireplace in the living room are some of the amenities the estate offers. Amongst the special touches are the outdoor dining area on the deck and the two separate dining areas, featured in the main house.
David Guetta – $9.5 Million, Miami Beach

French music producer and DJ, David Guetta, bought a Miami Beach condo for $9.5 million in 2018. He bought the 37th-floor unit located at the luxurious Setai Hotel as an off-market deal from businessman Richard LeFrak. The condo is decked out in a sleek, whitewashed floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of the calming ocean. It comes with three bedrooms with an equal number of bathrooms laid out on 2,521 square feet of land space. Residents of the Setai have access to amenities like a training center, three pools, and a serviced beach area.
Avril Lavigne – $5.4 Million, Sherman Oaks

Avril Lavigne and her ex-husband, Chad Kroeger, the frontman of the rock band Nickelback, spent $5.4 million acquiring the Los Angeles mansion pictured above. The Sherman Oaks mansion covers a land space of 7,888 square feet and its design is reminiscent of a French chateau. Seven bedrooms with six bathrooms occupy the residence, with two staircases leading up to the second level. Some of the standout features include the 3D home theater, a flagstone patio, and a cement-topped outdoor dining space. It’s not clear if Kroeger and Lavigne parted ways with the mansion after their split in 2015.
