Probably one of the most famous real estate properties in the world is the Playboy Mansion. The $100- million property was Hugh Hefner’s residence for decades and this was where he hosted a lot of celebrity-filled parties. The 22,000 square feet mansion has a total of 29 bedrooms, a wine cellar, spa, gym, tennis court, photography studio, and even multiple zoos. Billionaire Daren Metropoulos actually bought the property from Hefner when he was still alive and had an agreement that the property will be officially under his name after Hefner passes away. With that, the mansion is not part of his heirs’ inheritance.

You guys must know Sandra Smith for being one of the hosts of America’s Newsroom. She has an impressive real estate portfolio and she reportedly owns homes in Chicago and New York. The photos you see above were taken in her Chicago residence but sadly, not many details are known about the place. The photos suggest that her house is filled with a bright interior that makes the overall feel of the place very cozy. When Smith is not working, she is busy raising her two kids with hubby John Connelly.

Jen Psaki – $1.69 Million, Virginia

The white house press secretary Jen Psaki assumed office in January 2021 after President Joe Biden selected her. She lives in Arlington, Virginia, which has previously been voted the safest neighborhood in the United States, but that safety comes at a cost as the houses in that city are said to be pretty expensive.

She acquired her home for a price of just under $1.7 million, and it was enough to get her a secure place in the city. She may not need any home security system, with the crime rate figures in that region being way less than the national average.

Karl Stefanovic is a TV host who lives in a mansion that we can liken to a five-star hotel on a beautiful resort island. The beach house, located on the north shore of Sydney, was purchased for $3.6 million in 2020 instead of the $8 million pegged to it on the market at the beginning of the year.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom building spans about four levels and comes with elevator access to each. It also features a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal living room with a beautiful fireplace.

Kate Garraway – Undisclosed Price, London

The “Good Morning Britain” presenter Kate Garraway shares a beautiful home in London with her husband Derek Draper and their two children. Since the pandemic, more clips of their home have been available to the public, and we’ve seen the type of luxury she enjoys, including the renovations she made in 2021.

The house features three floors separated by three flights of stairs, and the home also has a vast garden which may be a significant attraction for Garraway, who once revealed that she bought the house because of it. We’re still tearful about the untimely demise of the NBA star Kobe Bryant in 2020. Still, while he lived, he enjoyed many luxuries, including real estate like his $8.59 million mansion in California. Not bad for a beautiful villa that consists of seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a spacious garage, and an outdoor pool with a waterslide. Angélica Vale’s exceptional acting skills have earned her an induction into the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which was announced in June 2021. As a celebrated Latina actress, she has made quite a fortune in the industry, and it’s not surprising that she was able to snag a luxurious home in California.

Her house sits atop the mountainous terrain of Los Angeles, and for her, the most fantastic feature may be her luxurious kitchen which is themed all-white. There are four bedrooms in the mansion, 3.5 bathrooms, a pool that was installed after she moved in, and a dog wash station for her pets. On Valentine’s Day in 2022, Biles got engaged in a romantic proposal by her footballer boyfriend, Johnathan Owens.

The Olympic diver Tom Daley found this spacious home in Southwark after searching for about a year with his then-boyfriend Dustin Lance Black. In our opinion, their extensive search was worth it because it’s not your typical house when it features a rooftop hot tub, which is one unique highlight of their south London home.

The house is a triplex apartment with a country-style feel right in the heart of the city, and it also features an extension of the back of the building that occupies about two stories. In 2021, at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Daley bagged a gold medal in the 10-meter synchronized diving event.

Donald Trump Jr. – $9.7 Million – South Florida

Months after his father ended his presidential term in 2021, Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle acquired a residence in South Florida for $9.7 million. The previous owner of the 11,000-square-foot house was Sherri Nelson, the ex-wife of former New York Yankees player Jeff Nelson.

According to the South China Morning Post, the waterfront Jupiter mansion was first listed for $19.9 million in 2017. Trump and Guilfoyle’s new swanky abode, which is just 20 minutes away from Mar-a-Lago, has six bedrooms and posh amenities like a swimming pool and bar.

Sean Hannity – $3.6 Million – New York

Spunky TV presenter Sean Hannity is known for his on-air antics and his penchant for properties. In April 2021, he made the news for buying a $5.3-million Florida pad that provides a breathtaking view of the sea. He also owned one in Long Island, New York, a 2.05-acre property he purchased for $3.45 million in 2003.

In 2014, Hannity listed the four-bedroom, two-story abode that spreads 4,824-square-foot on the market for $3.6 million, according to Variety. Constructed in 2001, the mansion boasts high-end kitchen appliances, custom cabinetry, and a three-vehicle garage.

Big Ed – Undisclosed Price, San Diego

Through the reality TV series 90 Day Fiancé, Big Ed has recently made a name for himself as a bachelor. However, according to the ScreenRant website, he’s been doing so while living with his mother! His decision to do so was made after she suffered through a series of misfortunes. She lost her house and her partner and was even hospitalized after a car crash. All this happened before Ed asked her to move in. He bought a two-bedroom bungalow in San Diego, for an undisclosed amount, to live with her. The house even has a backyard where Ed installed a hot tub and a firepit.

Sandra Bullock – $6.5 Million, Georgia

Sandra Bullock, famous for her recent role in Bird Box, has put her beach bungalow in Tybee Island for sale at an asking price of $6.5 million. The 3,360-square-foot deluxe house sits on a humongous and fenced piece of land in front of the beach. It has been designed with cathedral ceilings and comprises of seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms, an appealing kitchen, and a basketball court. It has a separate house for guests, a pool, and a private entrance to the beach. The listed price includes furnishing but excludes some personal items.

Travis Barker – $2.8 Million – California

Travis Barker loves investing his money in real estate properties and his 7,200 square-foot property in Calabasas is truly worth every penny. The mansion has a massive walk-in closet, a cinema, a spa, and a pool. It’s actually the second house the Blink 182 drummer owns in the area, and it comes with 7,196 square feet of space, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, marble floors, a pool, and other lavish amenities. In 2019, it was reported that Barker now leases the house for $27.5K a month. Who knows, maybe he got bored of it!

Superstar Cher lived like a queen in her renaissance-themed home in Malibu and it was recently put up for sale. The details inside the house are remarkable – rugs from Egypt, fireplace from Mexico, gothic chandeliers, and copper ceilings. The home has been reportedly sold to Jay-Z and Beyoncé for an insane $45 million – which is more than enough money to finance a business or two!

Popular television presenter, politician, former lawyer, and news presenter, Jerry Springer is a face known to most of us. You’ll probably remember him from his tabloid show, The Jerry Springer Show. Springer has amassed an astounding amount of wealth over the years owing to his successful career. Springer bought a deluxe house in Florida worth $375K back in 2002 and that place still looks pretty impressive. With a fortune of $3 million, Cassandra could easily afford her new place, and in 2019, she appeared as Elvira in Rupaul’s Drag Race.

Jackie Collins – $30 Million, Beverly Hills

Woman love reading and watching everything to do with the romance genre and that is what Jackie Collins provided in her career as a romance writer. She sold over 50 million novels which often sat at the top of the best-seller list in the New York Times. Jackie lived in a gorgeous home in Beverly Hills not short of 22,000 feet. The home was worth $30 million and always tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, Jackie passed away in 2015 due to breast cancer. She will always be immortalized in the pages of her books that did so incredibly well.

Greg Norman – $55 Million, Florida

This house had been standing since 1902, according to its owner, Greg Norman. He has had a successful career as a professional golfer, having been the world’s number one for 331 weeks in total! Greg’s currently the CEO and chairman for the real estate and interior design company called Greg Norman Company. He bought this house back in 1991 for $4.9 million before trying to sell it in 2016 for $55 million. After he failed to sell it, Greg demolished the house in 2018 in hopes of being able to have a completely new home by the end of 2019.

She intended the house to cover 10,000 square feet and also wanted a tropical pool as part of the estate with a landscape covered with exotic trees. Bonnie and her husband, Robert, have an impressive portfolio of properties including farmland in New Zealand and Portugal. Guess what? Nashville star Hayden Panettiere must have really immersed herself in her character and purchased a house that’s also located in Nashville. The actress asked her friend Benjamin Vandiver to design the house and fill it with rustic elements. Her friend didn’t fail on bringing a rustic feel – he surrounded it with memorabilia, gifts, personal things of the actress, and used luxury linens to add to the elegant, yet cozy feel of the house. However, following her split from Wladimir Klitschko and the show’s finale, Panettiere decided to sell the house, so she put it on the market in 2018.

It formerly belonged to Microsoft manager Harish Naidu. The house has its own wine cellar, a walk-in pantry, a fireplace, and its own boat dock. In 2019, Wilson became the highest-paid athlete in the league thanks to a massive $140-million contract extension he signed with the Seattle Seahawks.
