Jennifer Lopez is once again drawing attention for her candid remarks about relationships. During a recent interview with Elle UK, the singer and actress shared a humorous yet revealing comment about her personal experiences while promoting the upcoming film “Office Romance” alongside co-star Brett Goldstein.
While taking part in a conversation with Elle UK, Lopez was asked what subject she could discuss at length outside of acting and creating. Her response quickly became a talking point.
“I could give a TED talk on human behavior, emotional intelligence, and dysfunctional relationships,” Lopez joked. She then added that she could probably earn a “PhD [in] narcissists,” though she did not mention any former partners by name.
The remark arrives at a time when public interest in her personal life remains high. Recent speculation has linked Lopez romantically to Brett Goldstein, her co-star in “Office Romance.”
Addressing Brett Goldstein Rumors

Lopez recently responded to the dating rumors during an appearance on TODAY. Dismissing the speculation, she said, “There’s never a time when I’m seen with somebody or working with somebody where they don’t try to put me with the person.”
Goldstein responded with humor, saying, “I think if you stand near her, that’s what happens. That’s why I’ve been standing so close this whole time.”
Their comments appeared to shut down suggestions that their professional partnership has turned into a romance.
Life After Ben Affleck
Lopez has also spoken openly about life after her split from Ben Affleck last year. During an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” she reflected on her past relationships. She admitted that she may have stayed in some situations longer than she should have.
She revealed that she would have gotten divorced “sooner.” Lopez also acknowledged that she had been doing relationships “all wrong” in the past.
“I’m not doing anything to ruin how I feel right now,” Lopez explained. “I’ll meet somebody somewhere one day if they’re good enough.”
Lopez’s recent comments blend humor with self-awareness, offering insight into how she views relationships today. From joking about giving a TED Talk on dysfunctional relationships to speaking honestly about lessons learned after her split from Ben Affleck, the entertainer continues to address public curiosity with openness while keeping the focus on personal growth and her work on “Office Romance.”
